Mahé, Classic-Elegant

Passionate about the luxury world and horse riding, Mahé loves the busy Hong Kong and its hidden countryside parts that reminds her of France.

Describe your style:

I would say classic. I try and aim at being elegant in every circumstance, as you never know what you will do later with your #busylife in Hong Kong and around.

White top, G2000

Pensive’ heels, André

Black jeans, Zara

Your favourite fashion shop(s) and/or brand(s):

Hermes of course for the quality of their products and the ancestral know-how. For usual shopping, I’d say – unfortunately – Zara (not being any creative there…). I also love to go for shopping in luxury cosmetics brands, Chanel and Dior being my favourite ones. And to do some advertising for my former job: Daum and Haviland!

Your favourite outfit at the moment:

My roommates used to make fun of me because I always wear a white top (shirt, t-shirts, blouse, dresses…). I love this color: it is bright and light and you can easily pair it with anything, very professional too.

Right now, I like to wear my blue dress that I can customize with many accessories, depending on the situations: with a golden purse and shoes for a party, with some nice earring for a Sunday brunch… It is comfy for HK hot weather and quite elegant on many occasions.

Something you will never wear:

Your beauty secret:

Always brushing my hair for it to have a nice straight shape that holds for a long time (mostly in HK with humidity…).

Your favourite restaurant in Hong Kong:

Zuma, Le Mercato, Pirata, Tokyo Jo, which is very original with an explosion of different flavours in each dish (Peruvian-Japanese inspiration).

Your favourite destination in Asia and your best souvenir there:

Definitively Bali, a stroll in Ubud in the rice fields where we discussed with a local restaurant owner whose main attraction was to take photos in front of a Titanic replica. Also, Singapore where my boyfriend proposed me to marry him…Unforgettable!

Special question: Your mantra

In life, there is no problem, only solutions. If there are no solutions, that means there is no problem!
